Modern Slavery Policy

This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Wozzad Limited has taken during the financial year ending 31 December 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.

Introduction

Wozzad Limited ("Wozzad", "we", "our") is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of its business and supply chains.

Organisational Structure & Supply Chains

We are a private limited company registered in England & Wales, headquartered in Chiswick, London. Our operations include Software development across the UK. Our supply chains include suppliers, contractors, and partners providing IT services, and logistics.

Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery

Our internal policies ensure modern slavery prevention:

  • Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

  • Integrated Code of Conduct and Supplier Terms

  • Mandatory modern slavery clause in all supplier agreements.

Due Diligence & Risk Management

We conduct risk-based due diligence on new suppliers, focusing on geography, sector, and product risk. Annual questionnaires assess supplier labour practices. High-risk suppliers undergo enhanced audits and site visits.

Risk Identification & Mitigation

We maintain a risk register highlighting areas such as overseas manufacturing and seasonal labour. Steps include supplier education, contractual provisions prohibiting exploitative labour, and encouraging industry certification.

Training & Capacity Building

All new hires receive training on modern slavery risks during induction. Ongoing refresher training is provided annually to procurement, HR, and management teams.

Review & Effectiveness

We undertake annual internal audits, review feedback, KPI performance, and regulatory updates to refine risk controls and policies.
