Updated: Oct 27

Effective from Monday, 27th October, student-uploaded files will be automatically classified based on the document type specified in each form question.

What’s Changing?

  • Previously, uploaded files for a form-question could be given a standard filename (e.g. Passport.jpg” instead of "Photo1234.jpg") but were always classified as a “Student Upload”.

  • Updating the classification could be done later by the university, but this was a manual process and often overlooked.

What’s New?

  • Each form question that involves a file upload will now include a document type (e.g. Identification, Academic Certificate, Contract, Form).

  • Files uploaded by students will automatically inherit this classification.

  • Manual updates will no longer be required for new uploads.

Important Note:

This update applies only to files uploaded from Monday, 27th October onwards. Existing files will remain classified as “Student Upload”.

For any questions or support, please contact the Student Services team.
