When the person applying for a course is on the same system as the funding approver and is on the same system as the institution providing the education, the processing of this application is very efficient.

This above student journey is simplified for demonstration. However, Wozzad understands that approving a Prescribing student, requires many more steps and checks than for a non-credit bearing short course.

The Wozzad prospectus is where all your CPD courses are listed.

With the Wozzad Course Editor, course availability is updated in real-time much like aircraft seats on an airline website. This is to ensure that when a student applies for a course, the course is available. This creates a better student experience.

Wozzad takes into account many factors in real-time, these include:

Course capacity
Grace period (application closing dates)
Places reserved for contracted organisations
Special cohorts for specific employers only

Course content and marketing information is updated instantly via the Wozzad course editor to allow your CPD team to quickly make changes.

4. Intelligent forms: Capture everything you need to make a decision

We understand that capturing as much information as possible at the start of the application can save a lot of time further down the line.

Wozzad's intelligent application forms allows you to create as many application forms as you require. If a student applies for 3 modules at once, all 3 application forms will be 'mashed' together, meaning the student only needs to consider a single application form. Furthermore, if their employer requires information (such as their line manager or department), these questions are appended to the application too.

5. Integrate Wozzad with your existing systems

Wozzad is a SaaS system using Microsoft Azure technology. Wozzad is designed to integrate into other systems such as:
